Kelly White has 19 years of experience in project management and operations, leading cross-functional teams in publishing, e-learning, online medical communication, software, healthcare, and non profit environments. She is the co-founder and principal consultant at Illume Projects LLC. As a certified Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute (PMI), a Certified Practitioner in Healthcare Information Management and Systems (CPHIMS), and a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Binghamton University, Kelly is committed to bringing teams, processes, and technology together to achieve positive results, continuous process improvement and meaningful, fun work. Kelly has a special interest in health care and is privileged to serve on the board of the Ithaca Health Alliance, which facilitates access to health care for all with a focus on the needs of the uninsured. Kelly is a past director of programs for the PMI Rochester – Ithaca branch. She is a member of the Leadership Tompkins class of 2015 and of the inaugural class of the Rev Ithaca Passenger to Pilot program for women entrepreneurs.

Ethan Ash has served as a founder and consultant for a range of startup organizations during his career. His diverse business enterprises have included the launch of an online healthcare publishing company, a consulting firm supporting local mission-driven organizations, and a successful restaurant in Ithaca, NY. Ethan’s leadership positions have focused in areas of strategic planning, sales & marketing, operations, and product development. Ethan serves on several boards and committees related to community and organizational development, including chair of the Ag & Culinary Tourism Committee for Tompkins County, Arts & Culture Representative for the Tompkins County Strategic Tourism and Planning Board, and Marketing Chair for Cinemapolis, Ithaca’s Non-Profit Independent Movie Theater. Ethan lives with his wife Rachel, and two boys in Ithaca, NY.
